Darlinda Powers

I’m an American actor and performance artist based in Spain and working in Europe and the United States. My work moves between film, television, and live performance, and I’ve spent many years creating my own shows as well as performing in large-scale productions and collaborative projects.

On screen I’ve appeared in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Boardwalk Empire, and independent film and television projects. On stage I’ve performed Off-Broadway and at Lincoln Center, including A 24-Decade History of Popular Music with Taylor Mac. I’ve also created and performed original solo work, including shows at Joe’s Pub in New York.

My background in performance art and live work has shaped how I approach acting, particularly in terms of timing, presence, and connection with an audience, whether I’m working on camera or on stage.

Right now I’m focused on continuing to build my work in television and narrative film while developing new projects of my own.
