A Diplomat of the Outrageous; A Talk Show with No Borders! is a wild, funny and gloriously inappropriate international talk show about starting over, crossing cultures and making a spectacle of yourself along the way. NYC performance artist Darlinda Just Darlinda left California, conquered New York and landed in Europe – so naturally, she has questions.What happens when you reinvent your life in another country? How do you find your people when everything is unfamiliar? And what happens when the people you meet have their own stories of leaving home and starting somewhere new?

Featuring guests who have also made the leap to a new country, expect outrageous stories, audience games, music, questionable advice and special guests to be announced. Part talk show, part comedy, part chaotic international life experiment – come for the laughs, stay for the diplomatic immunity.

I'm really excited about March!! The first week has got TWO really great shows and one of them I am producing for my friend and queer burlesque legend MISS INDIGO BLUE! YES! Welcome to the show! I'm Darlinda Just Darlinda I’m bringing the best of Barcelona Burlesque and combining it with the unique flavor of Brooklyn Burlesque, Drag, Performance Art and Queer Art! Brookyn was my home town for 20 years and I want to bring you some of that NYC flavor! PLUS this exciting show is starring the LEGENDARY INDIGO BLUE! 

Miss Exotic World 2011, Miss Indigo Blue, is not just an award-winning burlesque entertainer — she’s a living legend. Performing since 1994, Indigo has spent decades perfecting the moment that makes a room hold its breath. She doesn’t just take the stage — she commands it.

In 2003, she opened the Academy of Burlesque, shaping the next generation of dazzling performers. Then in 2008, she created BurlyCon, the first international educational and social convention devoted entirely to the art of burlesque.

Seeing Indigo Blue perform isn’t just watching a show — it’s witnessing burlesque royalty in her element. Expect elegance. Expect power. Expect that delicious spark that only a true icon can deliver.
